Surveys that ask in the moment.

Test a hypothesis on real users without a single manual interview.

Request Demo

Analytics show what happened. Not why.

By the time a survey email lands, the moment is gone and the memory with it.

  1. 01Trigger

It arrives on a moment you chose

A completed checkout or a flow abandoned halfway. The duck appears with your opener and, if you want, an incentive. The user can say not now.

  2. 02Ask

    It asks your questions

Questions built around the hypothesis behind your next experiment, written by our PMF engineer and your product team, answered by voice or text. The duck follows up on what it hears instead of marching through a form.

  3. 03Show

    The user shows, not tells

Instead of describing a screen from memory, they open it and point. They circle what they mean as they talk, and the mark lands on the recording.

  4. 04Help

It helps along the way and logs it

If something trips them up along the way, the duck walks them through it. The user leaves helped. Your team gets their answers, the marks and what tripped them up.

What lands in your tracker

Their answers, and the exact spot.

Questions

How is this different from a survey tool?

A survey tool sends a form after the fact and gets a rating from memory. The duck asks inside the product while the screen is still up, by voice, and follows up on the answer the way an interviewer would. Users say it in their own words, not a radio button.

Who writes the questions, and when does it ask?

Our PMF engineer writes exploratory questions with your product team and picks the moment at setup. Typical moments are a completed flow, a confirmation screen or an abandoned one. The duck does not freestyle; it probes on the script you gave it.

Will it annoy my users?

It appears only at the moments you set, once per page load, with an offer and a not now. Interviews are capped at fifteen minutes and most take a couple. You can offer an incentive for the time, and the duck can help on the spot, so the user often leaves better off.

What do I get back?

Each interview lands with the transcript, the recording, anything the user circled on the screen and the request in their words. Your team sees the why next to the what, without scheduling a single call.

Hear the why while it is still on the screen.
